Assistant Manager: Production & Logistics (Collegeville, PA)
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and retail store. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, donation processing, training and supervising staff, and assisting on the sales floor as needed. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be available to work flexible shifts that include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a strong leader, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Store Supervisor (Horsham, PA)
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits. The Store Supervisor supports the daily operations of the store by assisting with customer service, inventory, and donation processing while fostering a positive, mission-driven environment for customers and staff. This role actively works on the sales floor and serves as "Manager on Duty" when needed. Candidates should have prior customer service, retail, and management experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. The availability to work on Saturdays is required.
Store Support (Plumsteadville, PA)
This is a part-time, hourly position for Friday and Saturday shifts. The Store Support role provides assistance in all areas of the store, including sorting, cleaning and stocking donations, achieving production goals, maintaining an organized and clean sales floor, performing cash register duties, assisting with sales floor resets, communicating with customers about Worthwhile's mission, and more. Individuals must be enthusiastic and have the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Resident Support Staff (Bucks County, PA)
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for survivors of trafficking and exploitation, seeks to fill part-time and full-time Resident Support Staff positions. Schedule is flexible and negotiable, and may include days, weekends and/or evenings. Schedules can be discussed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate’s Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted.
• A valid driver's license.
• Baseline knowledge of trauma.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and empathy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or residential services to women.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
