This role actively works on the sales floor and serves as "Manager on Duty" when needed. Candidates should have prior customer service, retail, and management experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. The availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Candidate should have 3-5 years of retail management experience and excel at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Resident Support Staff (Bucks County, PA)
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for survivors of trafficking and exploitation, seeks to fill part-time and full-time Resident Support Staff positions. Schedule is flexible and negotiable, and may include days, weekends and/or evenings. Schedules can be discussed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate’s Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted.
• A valid driver's license.
• Baseline knowledge of trauma.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and empathy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or residential services to women.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills.

National Engagement Manager
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits. The National Engagement Manager is responsible for building meaningful relationships with donors and community organizations to advance Worthwhile’s mission. Responsibilities include speaking engagements, donor outreach, and community partnerships to increase awareness and support for organizational programs and initiatives. Candidate should have strong relationship-building and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. A Bachelor's degree with experience in communications, nonprofit management, business, or a related field is required. This is a remote position and travel is required.
