Store Manager (Horsham, PA)
This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits. The store manager is responsible for overseeing the success and growth of all areas of Worthwhile Thrift. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of daily store operations, actively developing staff and volunteers, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidate should have 3-5 years of retail management experience and excel at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The availability to work on Saturdays is required.
Store Support (Horsham, PA)
This is a part-time, hourly position. The Store Support role provides assistance in all areas of the store, including sorting, cleaning and stocking donations, achieving production goals, maintaining an organized and clean sales floor, performing cash register duties, assisting with sales floor resets, communicating with customers about Worthwhile's mission, and more. Individuals must be enthusiastic and have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Store Support (Plumsteadville, PA)
This is a part-time, hourly position for Friday and Saturday shifts. The Store Support role provides assistance in all areas of the store, including sorting, cleaning and stocking donations, achieving production goals, maintaining an organized and clean sales floor, performing cash register duties, assisting with sales floor resets, communicating with customers about Worthwhile's mission, and more. Individuals must be enthusiastic and have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Transportation & Warehouse Support (Montgomery County Area)
This is a part-time, hourly position that offers a flexible schedule. Candidate must be able to safely transport merchandise and donations, complete pickups and deliveries, and support warehouse operations for our regional stores and partner sites. Candidate must have a clean driving record, experience driving a 26-foot box truck, and be certified to operate a forklift. A CDL license is preferred. Candidate must be dependable, punctual, and have excellent customer service skills.
The Well
Resident Support Staff (Bucks County, PA)
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for survivors of trafficking and exploitation, seeks to fill part-time and full-time Resident Support Staff positions. Schedule is flexible and negotiable, and may include days, weekends and/or evenings. Schedules can be discussed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate’s Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted.
• A valid driver's license.
• Baseline knowledge of trauma.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and empathy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or residential services to women.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
