A Message of Connection, Creativity, & Worth
Words of Worth is a youth workshop experience that combines large-scale art, community engagement, and a powerful message to help young people recognize their value, feel seen and supported, and build stronger relationships. By investing collectively in young people, we help build resilience, empower healthy choices, and strengthen their connections now and in the future.
We partner with schools, non-profits, youth groups, community centers, and more across the country to offer a fun, interactive, and meaningful experience, including mural painting, an assembly, and a ribbon cutting celebration.

How It Works
The Words of Worth team walks through the details with you, including timeline, mural prep, workshop structure, and parent and student resources and communication.
Our resident artist and program partner, Tim, spends about two weeks at your location, starting with prepping the mural site, outlining the design, and leading painting workshops.
The mural is painted by students, teachers, parents, and community members (like a giant paint-by-numbers) usually during art class time.
Once the mural is complete, we work together to host an assembly/presentation and ribbon cutting, where we introduce the “Words of Worth” message.
About Our Partner: The Ten Thousand Flowers Project
Founded by artist Tim Gibson, the Ten Thousand Flowers Project is a nation-wide mural initiative that brings communities together through the creation of hundreds of interconnecting flower murals across all 50 states.
Each mural links visually to the one before it, like a giant, country-wide jigsaw puzzle connecting hundreds of schools and communities through art.
What makes this initiative even more unique is that each mural is painted with help from every student and teacher in the school – creating a growing symbol of creativity, connection, and a sense of belonging that extends far beyond a single wall.
